Bio
Dr. Aaron Beck was born and raised in Southern California. He pursued his undergraduate studies at the University of Colorado at Boulder, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Integrative Physiology. He then moved to Philadelphia to attend Drexel University College of Medicine to earn a Master’s in Medical Science and a Medical Doctrine. Next, he returned to Los Angeles to complete his internship and residency in Orthopedic Surgery at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center. Training at one of the top trauma centers in the Los Angeles area provided Dr. Beck with extensive experience and expertise in orthopedic fracture care.
After completing residency, Dr. Beck spent an additional year of fellowship consisting of training and research in the subspecialty of Spine Surgery at the Harvard Combined Spine Fellowship, spending time at both Massachusetts General Hospital and Brigham & Women’s Hospital. In Boston, he developed his interests in degenerative conditions of the spine, adult deformity surgery, management of traumatic spinal injuries, and minimally invasive surgical techniques. In addition to English, he is fluent in Spanish.
Outside of work, Dr. Beck enjoys pursuing an active, healthy lifestyle with his family. During his free time, he is an avid cyclist, surfer, and tennis player.
