If You Are a First-Time User
If you have never logged into the portal before, you will need to enroll first.
Step 1: Go to the Portal Website
Open your internet browser and visit the patient portal website. Once the page opens, select Enroll Now at the bottom of the page.
Step 2: Verify Your Identity
Enter your:

First name

Last name
-
Date of birth

Registered cell phone number
Be sure to enter your information exactly as the clinic has it on file. Complete the captcha verification, then select Submit.
Step 3: Create Your Login Information
Next, create your:

Username

Password
-
Security question
Choose a password that is strong but easy for you to remember. It may help to write your username and password down and keep them in a safe place.
If You Already Have an Account
If you have already enrolled, logging in is quick.
Step 1: Open the Portal

How to Use the Healow Mobile App
You can also access your patient portal from your smartphone using the Healow app, available in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Set Up the Healow App in 4 Steps
1. Download the Healow app
Install the Healow app on your iPhone or Android phone.
2. Enter the practice code
When prompted, search for our practice using this code: CEIGAA.
3. Log in with your portal username and password
Use the same username and password you created for the patient portal.
4. Create your PIN
Set up your PIN for secure and easy access to your health records going forward.
